Stuffed bacon rolls
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- snipped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- finely chopped cooking apples - 1 c
- or 11 slices bacon - 10 item
How to make stuffed bacon rolls:
Combine everything but bacon. Cut bacon strips in half. Shape mixture into balls. Wrap in bacon strips. Secure with toothpicks. Place on wire racks over baking pan. Bake in 375° oven for 30 to 35 minutes until bacon is brown.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Main dish, Oven.
