- cream cheese
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- or 5 apples - 4 item
- large cherry jello - 1 item
How to make stuffed apples:
Stuffing:3 oz. cream cheese1/4 c. mayonnaise1/2 c. chopped pecans Peel and core apples. Cook apples in jello mixture until done (be careful not to overcook). Remove and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.Stuffing: Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise and add nuts. Fill core of apples with stuffing.
