Strawberry swirl



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- plain flour - 1 c
- strawberries - 10 oz
- stick butter, melt - 1 item
How to make strawberry swirl:
Combine crust ingredients in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Sprinkle 2/3 of crust in 9 x 13-inch dish.Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat yolks, sugar, salt and softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in egg whites and Cool Whip. Puree strawberries in blender; add 1/2 of strawberries to cream cheese mixture. Blend. Pour over cooled crust. Add remaining strawberries and swirl with tip of knife. Sprinkle remaining crust on top. Freeze.
