Strawberry soup

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• white wine - 1/2 c
• grated lemon peel - 1 tsp
• strawberries - 1 pt

How to make strawberry soup:

Hull strawberries. In covered blender container at medium speed, blend whole berries and remaining ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Serve soup in chilled bowls or cups. Garnish with sliced strawberries. Makes 3 servi
