Strawberry soup

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/4 c
• cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
• water - 1 c
• dash of salt - 1 item
• sliced strawberries - 2 c
• lemon juice - 2 3
• dash of cinnamon - 1 item
• Port wine - 3 c

How to make strawberry soup:

Mix water, wine, sugar, lemon juice, salt, cinnamon and cornstarch. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring just until cornstarch is fully dissolved. Chill. Stir in sliced strawberries. Serve garnished with mint sprigs. Makes 4 servings.
