Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 3 oz
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 1 c
- white cake mix - 1 item
- mini marshmallows - 2 c
How to make strawberry shortcut cake:
Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and water in mixer bowl. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Mix strawberries and dry gelatin in bowl. Sprinkle marshmallows in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour batter over marshmallows. Spoon strawberry mixture evenly over top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares. Invert on serving plates.
