Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2/3 c
• milk - 1/2 c
• margarine or butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
• Bisquick baking mix
• strawberries, sliced - 2 pt
• whipping heavy cream - 3/4 c

How to make strawberry shortcake:

Sprinkle strawberries with 2/3 cup sugar; let stand 1 hour. Heat oven to 425°. Mix baking mix, 3 tablespoons sugar, margarine and milk until soft dough forms. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls into 6 mounds on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sug
