- sugar - 2/3 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- margarine or butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- Bisquick baking mix
- strawberries, sliced - 2 pt
- whipping heavy cream - 3/4 c
How to make strawberry shortcake:
Sprinkle strawberries with 2/3 cup sugar; let stand 1 hour. Heat oven to 425°. Mix baking mix, 3 tablespoons sugar, margarine and milk until soft dough forms. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls into 6 mounds on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugRecipe categories: Desserts, Strawberry, Berries.
