  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • vanilla - 1/4 tsp
  • cold water - 1 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • frozen strawberries - 1 pkg
  • strawberry jello - 2 pkg
  • small sour cream - 1/2 item
  • Topping:1/2 8 oz

How to make strawberry salad:

Pour into rectangular dish and top with the following topping.Topping:1/2 (8 oz.) cream cheese1/4 c. sugar1/2 small sour cream1/4 tsp. vanilla Beat cream cheese and sour cream together. Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until fluffy and spread over top of congealed jello mixture. Sprinkle with toasted nuts.
