Strawberry rhubarb pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- 1/2-inch pieces rhubarb - 3 c
- sliced strawberries - 1 c
- pastry for 2 crust 9-inch pie
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
How to make strawberry rhubarb pie:
Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg. Add fruit, mixing well; let stand 20 minutes. Spoon into 9-inch pastry-lined pie plate. Dot with butter. Moisten edge and adjust top crust. Flute edge.
