  • boiling water - 2 c
  • oleo, melted - 3/4 c
  • container Cool Whip - 1 (8
  • crushed, salted pretzels - 2 c
  • cartons sweetened, sliced frozen strawberries - 2 oz

How to make strawberry pretzel salad:

Mix crushed pretzels, oleo and sugar together and press in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar. Mix well. Spread on cooled crust. Mix gelatin with water, then add frozen berries. Stir until berries soften and gelatin starts to thicken. Gently pour or spread mixture on top of cream cheese layer. Refrigerate.
