Strawberry pretzel dessert

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 Tbsp
• pkg - 1 oz
• cold water - 1 c
• melted butter - 3/4 c
• boiling water - 2 c
• egg - 1 item
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• Cool Whip - 2 c
• crushed pretzels

How to make strawberry pretzel dessert:

Press in a 9 x 13-inch pan the crushed pretzels, sugar and melted butter mixture. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°. Let cool. Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and egg. Add 2 cups Cool Whip; pour over pretzel crust. Mix together the jello, water and strawberries. Let cool to a jelly like stage and pour over top of cream cheese mixture. Let cool until solid.
