- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- pecans - 1 item
- salad oil - 1 c
- white cake mix - 1 pkg
- frozen strawberries - 1 pkg
- strawberry jello - 1 pkg
- strawberry juice - 1/4 c
- Add salad oil and eggs, one at a time, also well drained strawberries
How to make strawberry pound cake:
Blend well the cake mix, jello and flour. Add salad oil and eggs, one at a time, also well drained strawberries. Beat well. Bake 1 hour at 325°.Icing:1/2 stick melted margarine1 box confectioners sugar1/4 c. strawberry juice pecans1/2 to 1 c. coconut Blend margarine and sugar. Add 1/4 cup or more strawberry juice.
