  • sugar
  • cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • red food coloring - 1/4 tsp
  • strawberries - 1 item
  • strawberry jello - 4 tsp
  • baked crust, cooled - 1 item
  • pinch dash of salt - 1 item

How to make strawberry pie:

Glaze:1 c. sugar1 c. water4 Tbsp. cornstarch1/4 tsp. red food coloring4 tsp. strawberry jello pinch (dash) of salt Mix dry glaze ingredients. Add liquids. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Take off fire and place boiler in ice water.

Bake crust and cool. Place strawberries over the crust. Pour glaze over the strawberries when glaze is cool.
