Strawberry pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cornstarch
• cold water - 1 c
• red food coloring - 1/2 tsp
• fresh strawberries - 1 qt
• strawberry jello - 1/3 c
• frozen pie shell - 1 item

How to make strawberry pie:

Combine sugar, cold water, cornstarch and food coloring and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add jello and strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell and place in refrigerator until set. Top with whipped topping when ready to serve.
