Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- baked pie shell - 1 item
- mashed strawberries - 2 c
- halved strawberries - 2 c
How to make strawberry pie:
Bring mashed strawberries, cornstarch and sugar to a boil. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Mix in lemon juice and halved strawberries. Pour in baked pie shell and chill.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
