water
pinch of salt - 1 item
Cool Whip - 1 item
red food coloring - 1 item
strawberries - 1 pt
baked pie shell - 1 item
small box strawberry jello - 1 item

How to make strawberry pie:

Mix sugar, water, cornstarch and salt; cook until clear. Remove from heat. Add food coloring and strawberry jello to mixture. Stir well; cool. Place strawberries into baked pie shell. Pour mixture over berries; cool. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
