Strawberry pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
• lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
• strawberries - 1 qt
• envelope Knox gelatine - 1 item

How to make strawberry pie:

Crush 1/2 berries. Add sugar and cornstarch. Dissolve gelatine in lemon juice and cook over low heat until thick and transparent. Cool. Quarter remaining berries and fold into cooled mixture. Spoon into baked pie shell and top with whipped cream.
