  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • 4 oz - 1 lb
  • strawberry Jell-O
  • medium bananas, mashed - 3 item
  • chopped walnuts or pecans - 1 c

How to make strawberry nut salad:

Combine gelatin and boiling water until dissolved. Fold in rest of ingredients. Turn 1/2 into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate until firm. Spread with sour cream; add rest of Jell-O mixture. Refrigerate. Can be served in squares on lettuce leaf.
