Strawberry nut bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans
• salt - 1 tsp
• oil
• soda - 1 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 4 item
• plain flour - 1 c
• sliced frozen strawberries with sugar do not pour off juice - 2 c

How to make strawberry nut bread:

Combine dry ingredients, add eggs, oil, pecans and strawberries. Stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into loaf pan (well-greased). Fill pans a little more than 1/2 full. Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes. Makes 3 loaves.
