  • soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • sugar - 2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • eggs - 4 item
  • chopped pecans
  • oil
  • Add all others
  • butter - 1 c
  • confectioners sugar

How to make strawberry nut bread:

Mix all dry ingredients. Add all others. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Grease pans. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Makes 2 large loaf pans.Strawberry Butter:1 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries1 c. butter1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar In blender, cover and blend until smooth. Serve with bread. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
