  • sugar - 3 4
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1 2
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • Cool Whip
  • oleo - 1 2
  • chopped strawberries - 1 c

How to make strawberry nut bread:

Combine strawberries and 1/4 cup of the sugar. Mix and let stand. Mix dry ingredients; add oleo, eggs and strawberry mixture. Fold in Cool Whip, then nuts. Pour into loaf pan (greased and floured). Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

Note: Delicious with strawberry flavored cream cheese.
