  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • 4 oz - 1 lb
  • strawberry jello - 2 pkg
  • medium bananas, mashed - 3 item
  • coarsely chopped walnuts - 1 c

How to make strawberry mold:

You will need a 12 x 8 x 2-inch relish dish.

Day before, combine gelatin and boiling water; stir until dissolved. Fold in strawberries and juice, drained pineapple, bananas and walnuts.

Turn half of strawberry mixture into dish as first layer. Refrigerate until firm (about 1 1/2 hours). Evenly spread top with sour cream. Gently spoon on rest of strawberry mixture. Refrigerate. Can be cut in squares.
