  • sugar - 1 c
  • water - 3 c
  • sliced strawberries - 1 item
  • red food coloring - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 c
  • fresh strawberries - 2 c
  • crushed ice - 1 item
  • lemon slices - 1 item

How to make strawberry lemon slush:

Put 1 cup water, lemon juice, sugar and 2 cups strawberries in blender; adjust lid. Blend until strawberries are pureed and sugar is completely dissolved. In pitcher, combine strawberry mixture with remaining 2 cups water and few drops red food coloring. Mix well. Add crushed ice, sliced strawberries and lemon slice floaters to strawberry mixture in pitcher. Serves 6.
