Ingredients/Components

• pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
• light Cool Whip - 1 pkg
• box sugar-free strawberry Jell-O - 1 item
• light cottage cheese - 1 pkg
• can light fruit cocktail - 1 item

How to make strawberry fruit delight:

Mix Cool Whip, cottage cheese and Jell-O together. Drain fruit cocktail. Pour and mix with pecans. Mix all together and chill for 30 minutes.
