Strawberry dessert

- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- boiling water - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 small
- strawberry jello - 6 oz
- pecans, finely chopped - 1 c
How to make strawberry dessert:
Filling:2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries2 c. boiling water6 oz. strawberry jello Topping:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. sugar1 small (8 oz.) Cool Whip Crust: Mix flour, margarine and pecans; mold to bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes.Filling: Mix jello and water until dissolved, then add strawberries; refrigerate until slightly thickened, but not set. (Does not actually have to be refrigerated, because frozen strawberries will thicken as much as is needed to pour.)
Topping: Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add Cool Whip; blend and spread over cooled crust. Pour thickened jello mixture on top of cream cheese layer and put in refrigerator to congeal. (Light cream cheese and Cool Whip and sugar-free jello may be substituted.)
