vanilla - 1 tsp
chopped pecans - 1/2 c
pkg - 1 oz
flour - 1 c
brown sugar - 1/4 c
egg whites - 2 item
butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
sugar for frozen strawberries or 1 c - 2/3 c
Cool Whip I use 8 oz - 2 c

How to make strawberry delight:

Place first five ingredients into large mixing bowl. Beat on high speed for 20 minutes to form stiff peaks, don't underbeat. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon mixture over crumbs; top with remaining crumbs.
