Strawberry congealed salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/4 c
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• water - 1 c
• whipped cream - 1 c
• cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
• small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• large box strawberry jello - 1 item

How to make strawberry congealed salad:

Bring to a boil the water, crushed pineapple and sugar. Add jello and chill until partially set, then fold in the nuts and cream cheese. Chill overnight.

Chris adds bananas, frozen strawberries and 1/2 pint sour cream in place of cream cheese.
