Strawberry cheesecake pie

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• vanilla extract - 1 tsp
• strawberries - 1 pt
• heavy whipped cream - 1 c
• 9-inch graham cracker crust - 1 item
• currant jelly, melted - 1/2 c
• sifted Domino confectioners 10x sugar - 1 c

How to make strawberry cheesecake pie:

Beat together cream cheese, sugar and extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and pour into crumb crust. Chill several hours. Clean strawberries and place in a ring on top of chilled pie. Brush strawberries with melted jelly. Yield: 6 servings.
