  • eggs - 4 item
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • coconut - 1 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • frozen strawberries - 1 c
  • box white cake mix - 1 item
  • box strawberry jello - 1 item
  • cooking oil Crisco is best - 1 c
  • Add oil, milk and strawberries
  • can crushed strawberries - 1 item

How to make strawberry cake:

Put cake mix, flour and jello into mixing bowl; blend well. Add oil, milk and strawberries. Add flour and eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Bake in two 9-inch pans for about 30 minutes at 350°.Icing:1/4 lb. (1 stick) margarine1 box powdered sugar1 can crushed strawberries Combine all ingredients; beat until consistency to spread over cake.
