- eggs - 4 item
- butter
- confectioners sugar - 1 box
- 3 oz - 1 pkg
- hot water - 1/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- white cake mix - 1 box
- 10 oz - 1 pkg
- Combine cake mix and salad oil
How to make strawberry cake:
Filling:1/2 c. butter1 box (1 lb.) confectioners sugar Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cake mix and salad oil. Add jello, dissolved in water and cooled. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating continuously. Stir in strawberries (drained). Pour into 2 greased 9-inch round cake pans and bake approximately 35 minutes. Cool and spread with filling.Filling: Have butter at room temperature. Cream butter and sugar well. Add enough strawberry juice to make of spreading consistency. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.*INXFROSTING:
