- cooking oil - 2/3 c
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- strawberries - 2 Tbsp
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- eggs, beaten well - 4 item
How to make strawberry cake:
Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese4 Tbsp. margarine2 Tbsp. strawberries1 box confectioners sugar Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and gelatin in a large bowl. Add strawberries and pour into three 8-inch pans that have been greased and floured. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.While cake cools, mix cream cheese, margarine, strawberries and confectioners sugar together. Handle cake carefully while frosting. It is very light and moist and crumbles easily.
