- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- Cool Whip - 12 oz
- plain flour - 3 c
- Crisco - 1 c
- frozen strawberries
How to make strawberry cake:
Filling:1 pkg. frozen strawberries8 oz. cream cheese12 oz. Cool Whip1 c. sugar Beat Crisco and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs; beat well. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Add alternately with milk. Bake in three 9-inch pans that have been greased and floured. Bake about 25 minutes at 350°.Drain strawberries; beat cream cheese that has been softened with sugar and Cool Whip. Add strawberries and frost cake.
