Strawberry butter

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 8 oz
• vanilla extract - 1 tsp
• confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
• strawberries - 1 pt
• lightly salted butter, softened - 1/2 lb

How to make strawberry butter:

Cream butter with cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in strawberries. Spoon into jar. Cover and refrigerate. (Good with hot biscuits or toast.)
