Ingredients/Components

• plain flour - 3 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• sugar - 2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• pkg - 2 oz
• cooking oil
• eggs, well beaten - 4 item
• cream cheese - 1 (8

How to make strawberry bread:

Mix dry ingredients together. Make hole in center of mixture. Pour strawberries, oil and eggs in hole. Mix by hand very well. Grease 2 loaf pans and flour. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Blend soft cream cheese and juice. Spread on sliced cool bread. Freezes well.
