  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil
  • beaten eggs - 4 item
  • sliced frozen strawberries, drained - 2 c

How to make strawberry bread:

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Combine eggs and oil; add to sifted ingredients. Fold in drained strawberries. Grease 2 large or 4 small loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
