Strawberry bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1/2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• flour - 3 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• red food coloring - 1 Tbsp
• lemon juice - 1 tsp
• strawberry preserves - 1 c

How to make strawberry bread:

Blend flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and juice; beat in eggs one at a time. Dissolve soda in sour cream. Add to egg mixture. Fold in flour, nuts, preserves and food coloring. Pour batter into 2 large greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
