Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • nuts
  • sugar* - 2 c
  • each: salt and soda - 1 tsp
  • fresh berries or 2 10 oz - 2 c

How to make strawberry bread:

*Use 1 cup of the sugar over fresh berries; let set 15 minutes.

Stir dry ingredients together. Mix rest (except berries) until moist. Fold in berries. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Cool 10 minutes.
