  • heavy cream - 3/4 c
  • Grand Marnier - 1/3 c
  • plus 2 Tbsp - 1/3 c
  • lemon - 1 item
  • ripe strawberries, sliced - 2 pt

How to make strawberries romanoff:

Rinse and drain strawberries. Remove stems; place strawberries in a bowl and add 1/3 cup of sugar and the Grand Marnier. Cut thin slivers from lemon peel. Add to strawberries and fold together. Cover bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Whip cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Serve cream on top of strawberries into individual dessert dishes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
