- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- sugar - 1/2 Tbsp
- sherry or bourbon - 1/2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- fresh grated ginger - 1 item
How to make stir-fry sauce:
Sauce:1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce2 Tbsp. sherry or bourbon1/2 Tbsp. sugar1 c. water fresh grated ginger Marinate meat for 10 minutes. Prepare sauce by combining ingredients. Set aside.
