  • sugar - 1/2 Tbsp
  • sherry or bourbon - 1/2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • fresh grated ginger - 1 item

How to make stir-fry sauce:

Sauce:1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce2 Tbsp. sherry or bourbon1/2 Tbsp. sugar1 c. water fresh grated ginger Marinate meat for 10 minutes. Prepare sauce by combining ingredients. Set aside. Cook meat and vegetables of choice in a wok or skillet. Pour sauce over mixture; heat and serve.
