  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 2 c
  • rice - 1 c

How to make steamed rice:

Butter a baking dish (2-quart). Put all ingredients in and cover with foil. Bake at 350° for one hour. Serves six. (May be doubled.)
