Steak teriyaki
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- flank steak - 1 item
- or 4 green onions - 3 item
- or 2 cloves garlic, minced if you choose - 1 item
How to make steak teriyaki:
Slice meat across grain in thin strips. Mix all other ingredients; pour over meat. Soak for 24 hours in refrigerator or 8 hours at room temperature. Turn halfway through soak. Cook over grill.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Main dish, Marinades and rubs.
