Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chuck steak 1 inch thick
- envelope of onion soup mix - 1 item
- medium carrots; quartered - 3 item
- stalks of celery; cut into 2 inch pieces - 2 item
- medium potatoes pared and quartered - 3 item
How to make steak supper in foil:
Heat oven to 450°. Place 24x18 inch piece of heavy duty foil in baking pan. Place meat on foil. Stir together mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Spread on top of meat. Top with vegetables and sprinkle water on top. Fold foil and seal securely. Cook 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, One Dish meal.
