Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1/2 c
- water - 3 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- carrots, sliced - 2 item
- can tomatoes - 30 oz
- diced potatoes - 4 c
- ribs celery, chopped - 3 item
- small onions, chopped - 2 item
- beef bouillon granules - 2 4
- ground beef or finely diced roast meat, browned and drained - 1 lb
How to make steak soup:
Place all ingredients except butter and flour in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. One hour before serving, turn to high setting. Make a roux of melted butter and flour.
