Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- sliced green onions - 1/3 c
- sliced fresh mushrooms - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- thin spaghetti, cooked - 4 oz
- shredded cabbage - 2 c
- beef bouillon granules - 1 tsp
- can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 oz
- medium onion, sliced into rings - 1 item
- diagonally sliced celery - 1/2 c
- round steak, trimmed - 1 lb
- fresh snow pea pods, trimmed - 15 item
- diagonally sliced carrots, partially cooked - 1 c
How to make steak lo mein:
Slice steak into 1/4-inch strips. Combine bouillon, water, soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside. In a wok or large skillet, heat oil; add meat and garlic. Stir-fry until meat is no longer pink.
