Ingredients/Components
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- sirloin steak
How to make steak kabobs:
Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in shallow dish. Add steak, stirring to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Thread steak onto skewers.
