Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 item
- carrots - 1 item
- potatoes - 1 item
- onions - 1 item
- cubed steak one for each person - 1 item
How to make steak and veggies:
Salt and pepper each steak if desired. Tear off about 4 pieces of aluminum foil (big enough to wrap each steak and veggies). Start with layer of sliced onions, sliced or chunks or carrots (whichever you prefer); amount is up to you. Slice potatoes as if for French fries. Dot butter as desired. Layer onions, carrots and potatoes, ending with steak. Bake at 350° until done, about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Beef, Broccoli, Steak.
