Stained glass fruit salad



  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 item
  • frozen strawberries - 1 pkg
  • can peach pie filling - 1 item
  • or 4 bananas - 3 item
  • grapes optional - 1 item

How to make stained glass fruit salad:

Chill fruit a day before. Slice bananas into pineapple juice. Mix all ingredients gently. Chill well. Original recipe from Helen Evans, mother of Dorothy Swannack.
