Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- squash - 2 c
How to make squash pie:
Cook squash until tender and water evaporates. Measure out 2 cups squash. Add margarine while squash is hot; add other ingredients. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes. Best when completely cool!!Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
