Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- vanilla or lemon - 2 tsp
- sugar or to taste
- unbaked pie shells - 2 item
- cashaw squash - 1 item
How to make squash pie:
Wash, peel, slice and cook squash in small amount of water until tender. Drain well. Combine eggs, sugar and cornstarch, mix well. Add margarine, flavoring and squash; blend together. Pour into 2 pie shells and cook at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until slightly brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
