Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- cooked mashed squash - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- pie shell - 1 item
- flour - 1 tsp
How to make squash pie:
Whip sugar and eggs until creamy. Add squash, margarine, vanilla, nutmeg, salt and milk. Mix flour and 1 teaspoon sugar and sprinkle over crust before filling. Cook at 350° for 40 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
